Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Information Hygiene
Help organize and maintain internal and external data systems to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and accessible for everyone.
Support efforts to keep information well-structured and clean, including working with AI tools to make processes more efficient.
Regularly review and refine data processes to ensure they meet the needs of the team and the company.
Marketing Coordination and Support
Be a central point for coordinating marketing updates across a variety of activities, including webinars, events, social media, and campaigns.
Work closely with others to streamline processes, align goals, and ensure that all marketing efforts run smoothly.
Provide hands-on support to the marketing team, helping to manage projects and meet deadlines.
Strategic Oversight and Collaboration
Partner with teams across the organization to support strategic marketing initiatives.
Assist with planning, tracking, and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are completed successfully.
Foster open communication and collaboration across departments to help marketing efforts contribute effectively to overall company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential
A proactive, organized approach to work and a passion for making processes efficient and effective.
Interest in managing data and helping ensure it is well-structured and useful for decision-making.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable
Familiarity with tools like CRMs, marketing platforms, or data systems (but we’re happy to teach).
Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support marketing operations.
Interest in climate tech, sustainability, or making a positive impact on the environment.
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder project management.
