| Mandated by: | In Germany, the preparation of a Climate Protection Concept is not generally legally binding for municipalities, but it is strongly promoted and in many cases is an important step towards meeting national climate targets. Funding is provided in particular by the National Climate Initiative (NKI) and the Municipal Guidelines of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). |
