Strategic Partner Manager

As a Strategic Partner Manager at ClimateView, you will play a key role in building and nurturing partnerships with consultancies, engineering firms, and city networks to expand our reach and impact. Working with partners like AFRY, Mott MacDonald, and ICLEI, you will help grow ClimateView’s presence in new and existing markets, including strategic initiatives like expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Building Partnerships and Expanding Markets

  • Provide expert guidance and support to municipalities in Collaborate with new and existing partners to identify shared goals, foster trust, and create meaningful, long-term relationships.

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities in untapped markets, ensuring alignment with ClimateView’s mission and growth objectives.

  • Lead the development of market entry strategies, such as supporting ClimateView’s expansion into new markets, by evaluating potential partners and presenting recommendations.

Supporting Partner Success

  • Develop tools, resources, and frameworks that empower partners to seamlessly integrate ClimateView’s platform into their offerings.

  • Design partnership models that support mutual growth, such as co-selling strategies or incentive frameworks, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and inclusive.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through challenges, celebrating achievements, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Driving Results and Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and ClimateView’s overall strategy.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights to enhance collaboration and impact.

  • Act as a champion for shared success, celebrating wins across the organization and with partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar results-driven environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in building and managing customer relationships and/or partnerships, with a focus on creating win-win relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling materials for leadership audiences.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a startup or other dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of climate tech, sustainability, or related fields is valuable, but a passion for creating positive impact matters most.

  • Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, partner management software, or AI solutions is a plus.

  • High curiosity towards AI tools and their potential to enhance processes and outcomes.
