Founders Associate
As a Founders Associate at ClimateView, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s leadership and contributing to impactful initiatives that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and expand our commercial and partnership activities. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple departments on strategic projects focused on scaling the organization, implementing processes such as prioritization frameworks and decision-making models, and occasionally executing hands-on projects within different teams.
You will assist in the creation of board materials, prepare executive presentations, and help define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide the leadership team with actionable insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth, build relationships with potential partners, and help develop ClimateView’s global commercial traction.
Your role will also include operational support – streamlining processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and helping drive strategic projects to completion. By contributing to these high-impact activities, you will be instrumental in ClimateView’s growth journey, directly influencing how we achieve our mission in transitioning the world’s cities to a climate-resilient future.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- •
Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- •
Research and recommend strategic partnerships, providing clear, well-reasoned insights to support proposals.
- •
Assist in preparing materials for board and shareholder meetings, as well as executive presentations.
Operational Support
- •
Collaborate across teams to improve processes and ensure alignment on shared strategic presentations.
Sales Support and Revenue Growth
- •
Partner with the commercial team to identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs.
- •
Develop tools and processes to enhance proposal quality and improve success rate (e.g., leveraging tools like GPT).
- •
Provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning to strengthen ClimateView's prescence in new markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- •
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- •
1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startups, or a similar high-performance environment.
- •
Strong analytical skills, with experience conducting market research, performance analysis and reporting.
- •
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling materials for leadership audiences.
Desirable
- •
Experience working in a startup or other dynamic environment.
- •
Interest or experience in climate tech, sustainability, or related industries.
- •
Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, design software, or AI tools like GPT.
