Climate Strategy Advisor
As a Climate Strategy Advisor at ClimateView, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of strategic advisory and commercial functions. Working closely with municipalities, partners, and internal teams, you will help cities to progress in their transition planning, ensure project success, and support the scaling of our partner network. Your work will include providing strategic guidance, managing projects, facilitating workshops, and enhancing the flow of information between advisory, product, and partner teams. This is a dynamic role that combines hands-on project delivery with strategic collaboration, offering you the chance to directly contribute to ClimateView’s mission: enabling cities to transition to a sustainable, climate-resilient future.

Key Responsibilities
Advisory and Municipality Engagement
Provide expert guidance and support to municipalities in developing and executing climate strategies.
Conduct data collection and analysis to inform evidence-based recommendations.
Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of advisory engagements.
Partner Collaboration and Development
Collaborate with partners to deliver joint projects and align on shared goals.
Drive the development of training and onboarding materials for partners, enhancing their understanding of ClimateView’s solutions.
Act as the information conduit between partners, the advisory team, and the product team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Service and Offering Development
Contribute to the evolution of ClimateView’s advisory services, identifying opportunities to expand and improve offerings in collaboration with partners.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive understanding and engagement among stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
1-3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related fields, with a focus on municipalities or corporate clients.
Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and collaborative sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of energy systems and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Desirable
Experience working in a startup or other dynamic environment.
Interest or experience in climate tech, sustainability, or related industries.
Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, design software, or AI tools like GPT.
